Mary Tetlow leads Duino consulting. She has extensive experience as a senior consultant, manager and as a senior civil servant working on public service reform policy.

She has worked over a long managerial career for a wide range of organizations including local authorities, the British Council, the Cabinet Office, The Office for Public Management and the Public Management Foundation. She has worked extensively both in Britain and abroad.

Her consultancy and training expertise includes customer insight, customer research, customer journey mapping, coaching, staff training and development in communications and strategy development and facilitation.

She has a degree in German, an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from the University of London, and a Management Diploma from Henley.

Mary works with a range of other carefully selected independent consultants with specialist expertise appropriate to individual projects.
